Arctic Adventures 誠邀熱愛旅行與冒險的你，踏上令人心馳神往的冰島探索之旅！今年，我們將招募 9 位來自香港、台灣、澳門、新加坡及馬來西亞的華語旅行達人，親身體驗冰島的壯麗美景，分享最真實的冒險故事。

 

我們在尋找誰？

我們誠邀活躍於社群媒體的旅行達人加入本次體驗計畫，適合的申請者應具備：

  • 在 YouTube、Instagram、Facebook、部落格或小紅書等任一社群平台擁有至少 30,000 名粉絲。
  • 熱愛旅行，擅長拍攝與分享旅遊故事
  • 喜歡挑戰不同的戶外冒險活動
  • 專屬你的冰島冒險體驗

 

成功入選的體驗官將可親身參與冰島最精彩的探險活動，包括：

  • 冰川健行
  • 探索冰洞
  • 黃金圈經典路線
  • 南岸瀑布巡禮
  • 極光奇景（9 月 1 日起適用）
  • 蘭德曼納勞卡高地（Landmannalaugar）
  • 雪地摩托體驗
  • 熔岩洞穴探險
  • 朗格冰川冰隧道（Langjökull）
  • 浮潛體驗（Silfra 裂縫）

 

本次體驗行程包含 一日或多日深度遊，每位體驗官可享受價值 $200 – $900 美元 的行程（依實際安排而定）。

 

體驗官需要做什麼？

體驗官需透過 社群平台 分享冰島旅程，讓更多人感受到這片土地的壯麗與震撼。

 

內容要求

  • YouTube：一日遊影片 至少 10 分鐘，多日遊 10-20 分鐘
  • 部落格：長篇遊記，至少 10 張圖片，並附上 Arctic Adventures 中文網站連結
  • 發佈時間：體驗結束後 1-2 個月內必須發佈內容，且不得刪除

Your Ultimate Iceland Travel Adventure Awaits

 

Arctic Adventures is calling on passionate travelers and adventure-seekers. This year, we are selecting nine Chinese influencers from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, and Malaysia to embark on an unforgettable journey through Iceland’s breathtaking landscapes.

 

Who Are We Looking For?

We welcome Chinese travel influencers with a strong presence on at least one social media platform, including:

  • YouTube
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Blogs
  • Little Red Book

 

Applicants must have a minimum of 30,000 followers on a single platform.

 

What We Offer

Selected influencers will have the opportunity to experience some of Iceland’s most thrilling adventures, including:

  • Glacier Hiking
  • Exploring Ice Caves
  • Golden Circle Tour
  • South Coast Waterfalls
  • Northern Lights (available from September 1 onwards)
  • Landmannalaugar Highlands
  • Snowmobiling
  • Lava Caves Exploration
  • Langjökull Ice Tunnel
  • Snorkeling Tour

 

Influencers will participate in one-day or multi-day tours valued between $200 – $900 USD per person.

 

What Influencers Need to Do

Influencers will share their Iceland travel experience on their social media channels through video or long-form blog content.

 

Content Requirements:

  • YouTube: 10 minutes for a one-day tour, 10-20 minutes for multi-day tours
  • Blog Posts: Long-format articles with at least 10 images and a link to our Chinese website
  • Publishing Timeline: Content must be posted within one to two months after the trip and must remain published permanently

計畫期間
Arctic Adventures 冰島旅遊體驗官計畫（以下簡稱「本計畫」）將於 2025 年 3 月 15 日至 2025 年 4 月 30 日 期間開放報名。

 

參加資格
申請人須符合以下條件：
  • 年滿 18 歲。
  • 熱愛旅行與冒險，對探索自然景觀充滿興趣。
  • 具備 優秀的寫作、攝影與影片製作能力。
  • 活躍於社群媒體，熱衷於分享旅行經歷。
  • 在 YouTube、Instagram、Facebook、部落格或小紅書 等社群平台上擁有至少 30,000 名粉絲。
  • 居住於 香港、台灣、澳門、新加坡或馬來西亞。

  • 複製、發行、展覽、播放、發布、修改、翻譯、改編、匯編 及其他商業用途。
  • 用於品牌行銷、廣告推廣及其他宣傳活動。
  • 原創性與法規遵循
體驗官提交的內容須符合以下要求：
  • 為原創作品，不得侵犯任何第三方權益（包含著作權、商標權、智慧財產權等）。
  • 不得包含違法、攻擊性、誹謗或其他不當內容。
  • 不得限制內容可見範圍，所有內容須對公眾開放。
  • 若內容涉及法律糾紛或索賠，體驗官須承擔相應責任，Arctic Adventures 保留追究法律責任的權利。
品牌形象與行為規範
體驗官須：
  • 尊重並維護 Arctic Adventures 品牌聲譽。
  • 避免發表 任何負面、不實或誤導性言論。
  • 在分享內容時，遵守當地法律與道德標準。
  • 名額不可轉讓與取消機制
  • 體驗名額 不得轉讓、轉售或兌換。
  • 若體驗官因任何原因無法參與，該名額將被自動取消，Arctic Adventures 保留遞補其他申請者的權利。
隱私權與政策遵循
所有體驗官及同行賓客須詳細閱讀並同意：
  • 隱私權政策。
  • 預訂條款與條件。
  • 相關健康與安全規範。
最終決定權
Arctic Adventures 擁有本計畫的最終解釋權與決策權，包括但不限於體驗官的遴選、內容使用以及所有爭議處理。

Arctic Adventures Iceland Travel Experience Officer Program – Terms and Conditions

 

Program Duration
The Arctic Adventures Iceland Travel Experience Officer Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) will run from March 15, 2025, to April 30, 2025.

 

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a strong passion for travel and adventure.
  • Be skilled in writing, photography, and videography.
  • Be active on social media and enjoy sharing travel experiences.
  • Have a minimum of 30,000 followers on at least one social media platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Blogs, or Little Red Book).
  • Be a resident of Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, or Malaysia.
Application Process

Applicants must submit their application by leaving us a WhatsApp message via +44 7494 410752 or email us at arcticadventuremarketing@outlook.com by introducing their influencer profile with social media links and follower numbers

Complimentary Travel Arrangements
Each Experience Officer will receive:
  • A complimentary one-day or multi-day Arctic Adventures tour in Iceland.
  • Tour options include glacier hiking, ice cave exploration, the Golden Circle, South Coast waterfalls, Northern Lights viewing (from September 1 onwards), Landmannalaugar Highlands, snowmobiling, lava caves, Langjökull ice tunnel, and Snorkeling Tour exploration.
  • Tour packages valued between USD$$200 – USD$900 per person.
The complimentary tour does not include:
  • International airfare or other transportation costs to and from Iceland.
  • Accommodation beyond the provided tour itinerary.
  • Personal expenses, travel insurance, or any optional paid activities beyond the selected tour package.
Experience Officer Responsibilities
Each selected experienced officer must:
  • Participate in the Arctic Adventures tour as per the arranged schedule.
  • Share their experience on their social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Blogs, or Little Red Book) within one to two months after the tour.
Content requirements:
  • YouTube: At least 10 minutes for a one-day tour and 10-20 minutes for multi-day tours.
  • Blog posts: Long-form articles with at least 10 images and a link to the Arctic Adventures Chinese website.
  • The content must remain published permanently and cannot be deleted.
Content Rights & Licensing
By participating in the Program, the Experience Officer agrees to grant Arctic Adventures and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use their submitted and created content (including but not limited to photos, videos, and written materials). This includes:
  • The right to reproduce, distribute, exhibit, perform, broadcast, publish, modify, translate, and compile the content in any media format.
  • The right to use the content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes.
Originality & Legal Compliance
Participants must ensure that all submissions and created content:
  • Are original and do not infringe on any third-party rights (including copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property).
  • Do not contain any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Do not restrict or limit the audience’s ability to view the shared content.
  • In the event that any content results in legal disputes or claims, Arctic Adventures reserves the right to hold the Experience Officer responsible for any associated damages or liabilities.
Brand Representation & Conduct
Experience Officers must:
  • Uphold and protect the brand reputation of Arctic Adventures.
  • Avoid making any negative or misleading statements about the company.
  • Abide by all local laws, regulations, and ethical standards when sharing their experiences.
Non-Transferability & Cancellation
  • The selected tour package is non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged.
  • If an Experience Officer is unable to participate for any reason, the spot will be forfeited, and Arctic Adventures reserves the right to select an alternate participant.
Privacy & Policy Compliance
All Experience Officers and accompanying guests must read, understand, and agree to:
  • The Privacy Policy.
  • The Terms and Conditions of Booking.
  • Any additional health and safety policies related to the trip.
Final Decision & Interpretation Rights
  • Arctic Adventures reserves the final right of interpretation and decision-making for all aspects of this Program, including the selection of Experience Officers, content usage, and any disputes related to participation.
